Assuming you got the next quest from Deaneira; Speak to the Forrest keeper. He is to the North of Deianeira along the wall.

After you get the quest from him go kill 3 ghost trees to the west of him. They are the level 5 trees not the level 4.
After you've done that; Run north. Keep going till you cross a bridge, and come up to a large tree with a ramp on it. Go up the ramp and talk to the soothsayer.

You need to collect water from the water falls. The 1st one is north of the tree house. The next one is along the west wall from the 1st waterfall. The last is to the south of the 2nd water fall, Just on the other side of the bridge. Refer to the images below for locations. NOTE: These images are taken from the tree house where you get the quest.

After you have collected the 3 waters go back and look for some roots on the ground. Click on them until you have collected roots 3 different time. Now that you've collected everything, go back and speak to the soothsayer. When you've finished with him, go back and talk to Murrar, Remember him? He is the first NPC we talked to.
After you talked to Murrar, Talk to him again, and get another quest. He will tell you to find Mara'Vaen. Go west and follow the path until you find her to the left.

Talk to her. After you talk to her, go pull 1 ghost scout at a time, until you get 3. Make sure you pull them to Mara'Vaen, She'll do the rest. After that talk to her again.
Now before you continue to kill things, for the next quest. Run North. You will find a halfling stuck on a tree to the left while running north. Kill the Moraks that have him trapped.

After the moraks are dead, walk up to the tree he is in, then click on him. He will move down to the ground, now you can get a quest. Now you have 2 completely different quests that call for the same objective.

So go out and kill 5 Moraks then talk to both the Halfling, and Mara'Vaen. Now before you continue to do more of Mara'Vaen's quests; Go north and keep following the trail. Kill any moraks you see; you will need to kill 6 of them to finish the quest. Once you've hit the abandoned village, (shroud if you can) and walk east up that small hill to get the quest update. Then go back and talk to the halfling. NOTE: You may have to kill the moraks again.
After talking to the halfling; follow the east most wall until you find a camp with Sorcerer Oofala. About half way there you will see “a Qeynosian scout”, if you see her you will know you are on the right track. Keep following the wall. Talk to Sorcerer Oofala.

After speaking to Oofala walk around the abandoned village and destroy 3 totems by clicking on them. Refer to the screenshot to see what they look like (You can destroy the totems while shrouded).

Afterward find the tent with a bunch a fog emanating from it, and kill all of the creatures there. The reason for which will become apparent in a minute. Speak to Oofala. (The tent with the fog can be seen in the screen shot above.)
Now go back to that tent that we were at before, and kill the “Dark Blademaster” that is there. We killed those creatures before to keep them from assisting him. Believe me, it helps. Speak of Oofala after you have killed the “Dark Blademaster”.
Now head north-east along the trail until you find the tree house (The same one as before). Speak to the soothsayer, and the High Chieftain (Again, the same one as before). Now hail all of the sapswill around the tree. Then head North toward the waterfall, and hail all of the sapswill there (They are near the 1st water fall from the previous screen shots). Then come back and speak to the High Chieftain.
Now I am assuming you just hit level 7... Congratulations!
Now go east, then head north along a passage. You will see a door. Click the door, and you will be brought into an instance of your own.

Kill the freestanding creatures around the table. Then destroy the totem nearest to the door, and the totem in the middle of the room. Then approach the stand furthest from the door. Kill the 2 creatures that spawn; then sit back and heal up for a minute. Now proceed to destroy the rest of the totems. Give it a few seconds, then kill Vith L'Tar with everything you have. Try to kill all of the creatures in that fight; if you succeed (to kill ALL of the creatures in that fight) you will get a chest. After killing her, Go back and speak to the high chieftain; Then speak to Murrar all the way back in the first camp, where you began.
Now you probably think we are done... Not yet!
Did you finish the collection quests? You can get gear, and desent exp from them.
There is still 1 more small quest you can do here that will only take a few minutes. If you are following this guide, I suggest you do.
Now head North-East from Murrar to the beach. There you will find a gnome named Ebik.

Speak to him, he is very long winded. Work through his endless dialogue and you have another quest. Swim South-East until you find the 1st piece he requires (it will be along the ocean floor).
Run North from ebik, swim across the water until you see a group of undead, and a ramp. Kill the undead, then head up the ramp. You will see the tree house, head toward it. Behind the tree house, between some roots, you will find a cog; click it.

Now head south-west from the tree house to the bridge. Off of the south side of the bridge you will find a part in the water.

Click it, Then head back to Ebik and speak to him.
Congratulations! We are done on the isle of refuge. I assume you are now level 8. Speak to Murrar for details on how to leave.
Don't be afraid to explore, you will get EXP just for discovering locations!

Notes: You need to collect 6 skulls from the undead nearby, then stand on the rock near the guurok and place them. He will eat the skulls and get stronger. After 6 skulls you can attack him.

Arrival at Qeynos
So you've made it to Qeynos, your a big kid now. No more diapers for you, you've moved on to training pants. So you may be a little intimidated as to where to go now. Don't worry thats why you have this guide... all is not lost.
The creatures on the Isle of Refuge are fairly easier than the rest of the creatures through out the rest of the world. Proceed with caution.
So depending on your race, you've arrived at a different area in Qeynos. Refer to the chart below to determine where you are, and who you should talk to. Speak to the NPC for your race, and follow the quests. If you get stuck on a quest, Press J on your keyboard, and read up on the quest you are having trouble with. There is usually much more detail in the Quest Journal that is not explained on the Quick View Window.
Don't forget to explore all of Qeynos, get that exploration EXP.
